Our little Melanie (18 months old) adores her dad.  Whenever she hears any familiar sound that might indicate that he is coming (like his voice or the key unlocking the door) she gets excited and says, “Daddy!” The other day while Lewis was at work  Melanie heard someone passing gas.  Melanie stopped and listened and said, “Daddy?” I laughed so hard I thought I was going to hurt myself.
